Hatha Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation
Being luminous in thoughts and actions, being at peace with our life, without desiring this or that thing, learning to know each other and to act in the movement of life, these are the rules of life proposed by Yoga.
Yoga Sutra
Yoga, ancient discipline, instrument of balance, union of mind-body-soul-energy-breath, us and the universe.

Simple and humble practice. Yoga is an ancient discipline, a millenary art based on a harmonic system of development of the body, mind and spirit of every human being. The very meaning of the word Yoga, literally, means "union" and derives from the Sanskrit root "yuj" indicates the physical and spiritual union of opposite entities. Body and mind, stillness and movement, male and female, sun and moon, these are some of the opposites that the practice of Yoga is able to bring together, with the ultimate aim of bringing reconciliation and balance between them.

Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, for the self
Bhagavad Gita
Hata Yoga is The Way of the will. Hatha Yoga is based on the use of specific positions of the body (Asana) that are maintained in immobility and / or awareness, in the absence of effort and in the presence of will and attention to the breath, they favor the balance between the mind, body and spirit. These are the first steps to get to know our self better .
The practice of Asana / Breath; allows you to cope with daily stress and relax, while improving muscle strength and flexibility, never neglecting the spiritual part.
Each Asana gives the maximum benefits not when it is performed in a complete way but when it is performed consciously, listening "always" to your body - in its respect, coordinating the breath to the movement.
A position performed with awareness promotes mental balance, an important condition for applying the most advanced techniques of breath control (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana).
The most correct approach is that given above all by understanding the meaning of actions aimed at improving performance. That is, we must not worry about achieving optimal performance immediately, but pursue the goal without fear of failure, focusing instead on the path, given by commitment, which leads to improvement

The practice of Yoga is suitable for everyone, children, adults and the elderly .

Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind
