Living it is simple: during the Gong Baths, you relax, lying comfortably on the ground on a mat, covered with a plaid, letting yourself be enveloped by Sounds and Vibrations.
The Gong is an ancient Shamanic instrument, it is said that among its infinite vibrations the OM resounds and is an instrument and Sound of PEACE
